About I Bike Rockford

I Bike Rockford started as a Facebook group with the goal of connecting people who love riding bikes to one another and share news about bicycle happenings in the Rockford region. In early 2017, group members (representing many different cycling clubs and many different cycling styles) began meeting in person to work together and speak in one voice as advocates for better cycling conditions in Rockford and beyond.
